I am Wei Zhang, currently a R&D engineer at Microsoft Azure.

I received my B.S. degree in Human Resource Management from Hebei University Of Economics & Business in 2006 and M.S. degree in Computer Science from Yan Shan University in 2008. I started my PhD life at Beihang University in 2008, advised by Prof. Mingfa Zhu. From November 2012 to October 2014, I participated in an international PhD program as a visitor student at the George Washington University and joined the PhD program in January 2015, advised by Prof. Timothy Wood. I received PhD degree from Beihang University in June 2015. I received my second Phd degree from GWU university at August 2018.
